Roll the dice and become leader of the professional world.
From January 22 to January 26, prospective new members (PNMS) are invited to learn about our chapter and experience the brotherhood firsthand. Recruitment week activities encapsulate our four pillars of professionalism, scholarship, community service, and brotherhood — join us as we network with actives and PNMS, play creative games, think outside the box, and grow professionally within the W.P. Carey community and beyond!

Recruitment is open to first, second, and third year students studying at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Members of social Greek Life are welcomed to participate in recruitment, as the distinction between professional and social fraternities allows for dual membership. DSP differentiates itself from other Greek Life organizations on campus through its dual commitment to professionalism and social connection, focusing on networking and career development as well as friendship and community service. This unique combination is at the core of our organization, and why we believe DSP is the best way to get involved on campus.
Prior to recruitment week, we encourage PNMS to visit us at tabling events including I-Week, hosted from January 14 to January 19, to learn more about the fraternity and our event scheduling. Thank you for your interest in Delta Sigma Pi! Our brothers in the Gamma Omega chapter here at Arizona State University are so excited to meet you at Spring 2024 Recruitment week!
​
Delta Sigma Pi is a professional business fraternity that was founded in 1907. Unlike a social fraternity or sorority, Delta Sigma Pi is co-ed and focuses on fostering the study of business in university; encouraging scholarship, social activity, and the association of students for their mutual advancement. Being a DeltaSig isn’t just for four years, it's for life!

The Gamma Omega chapter here at ASU was founded in 1951 and has 141 active members and over 2500 total initiated members. We pledged back in Spring 2023, and have grown so much professionally and personally, while also unlocking an amazing network of brothers. Since joining, we have not only gained so many leadership and growth opportunities, but also 139 new friends! Now as this semester’s recruitment chairs, we are so excited to put on events to let you get to know the amazing members of the Gamma Omega chapter and all of their incredible personalities and accomplishments.

Though going through recruitment can feel nerve-wracking, just know that our brothers are so excited to meet you! We remember being so anxious for recruitment week, but looking back, it was the best decision we ever made. We are so thrilled that you are taking a chance on us, and we wish you best of luck.
